Я предпочитаю работать не на основе стабильной зарплаты, но с удовольствием занимаюсь стартапами, сталкиваясь с различными проблемами и трудностями. 3) Маркетинговый план — всего 5 занятий. Маркетинговый план очень поможет вам решить, стоит ли вкладывать деньги в продажу товаров? Принесет ли продажа этих товаров или услуг прибыль? Как лучше продавать свои товары и услуги? На последнем уроке вы разработаете свой маркетинговый план на основе вашей бизнес-идеи. Я буду с вами все время и постараюсь объяснить вам все как можно лучше. 4) План проекта – Всего 9 уроков. Проекты могут представлять собой любое бизнес-предприятие. Запуск нового бизнеса можно рассматривать как проект. Изменение структуры бизнеса можно управлять как проект. Даже покупка кофемашины, обновление офисной мебели или покупка нового ноутбука – все это можно управлять как проектами. План проекта обычно является очень сложным документом и разрабатывается командой специалистов. Руководитель проекта или владелец проекта взаимодействует с различными профессионалами и организациями для разработки проектов. Вы можете разработать план своего проекта самостоятельно, без консультаций с другими специалистами. Необходимость консультаций зависит от характера вашего проекта и ваших профессиональных знаний. I have MBA from Heriot Watt University (UK). Currently I am online student of Essex University (UK).
Overall, I have more than 15 years of business management experience. I prefer not to work based purely on stable salary but I enjoy doing startups with various problems and difficulties. How you should sell your services and products? Last lesson you will develop your marketing plan based on your business idea. Café AAA. May 2009 – Mar 2013

• Founded the Café in the center of Tashkent which was worth 150 000 USD. Lead new team of 10 people including Chef, waitresses, bartender and cleaning staff.
• Conducted market research, studied the trends for eating out in the city and executed survey of 800 local perspective customers.
• Set menu of the café based of the result of the questionnaire from 800 people in collaboration with the Chef and bartender in 2009 and modified according to season.
• Started to reach the peak of sales after 6 month, the café was completely full and made 18 000 USD sales per month.

Anglesey Food. Sep 2008 – May 2009 Project Manager Tashkent, Uzbekistan
• Directed a 12-member cross-functional (IT, Sales, Marketing, Warehouse and Accounting) team and improved delivery system including execution of new software “1C” and new design of retail website of supermarket Korzinka.uz in January 2009.
• Initiated WBS, Cause and Effect analysis and with support from CEO implemented changes which tripled the operational efficiency in time and eliminated the customer complaints by 50%.
• Accomplished 300% sales increase for the delivery of Korzinka.uz in 2 months after operational improvements and saved 20% of monthly operational expenses.

• Started trading with mobile phones in the traditional market “Navoi Kucha” with 3000 USD in collaboration with two friends.
